We primarily service East Melbourne and the surrounding inner and middle-eastern suburbs, including Hawthorn, Kew, Camberwell, Balwyn, Doncaster, and Boroondara. Contact us to discuss your location.
Do I need to have plans before contacting you?
No. We work with clients at both stages: those who already have architectural plans, and those who are starting from scratch. We offer a preliminary design phase that develops your brief, scope, and design before we move to pricing.
How does your pricing work?
We do not quote based on assumptions or square metre rates. Every project is priced against a real, detailed scope. This takes more work upfront but it means you know exactly what your project costs before signing any contract.
How long does a typical renovation take?
Timeline depends on the scope of the project. We provide a clear construction programme as part of the contract. Smaller renovations typically run 12 to 20 weeks; larger extensions can be 20 to 40 weeks. We discuss realistic timeframes during the assessment phase.
Do you manage all consultants and trades?
Yes. JSG Construct coordinates structural engineers, surveyors, building inspectors, and all trades. You deal with one point of contact throughout your project.
